Today, I was able to answer from your question based on my experience.
That made me speak more fluently than the questions in which were not on my experience.
Actually, I saw the interview reviews on the website. And I found out my questions from them.
Some of them are not out of my business such as situations at front desk.
But I can't stop for my self improvement. Now I am thinking I just started and have many things to do for the interview.
Whenever I got the questions, I always feel nervous however I will keep practicing until I don't feel nervous.

I think the communication with customers is the most necessary to develop for myself.
The hotel services are based on the manpower so interacting with people is one of the important elements to become a better hotel employee.
And it can also be helpful for not even hotel industry because human can't live without communication.
