Hello.
It's Monday again.
As I told you, I spent free time with my wife last weekend, and it was so good to both of us.
Since I don't have any day off this week, I will have a harder time than before, I guess.
However, we should look at the bright side in any situation.
Without Dr.MJ, our staff will be free from the pressure for a while.
It can make them recharge and, after Dr.MJ will be back, they can show more productivity with a new energy.
Even I can be free from that pressure.
Actually, I don't want to worry about the profit every moment if possible.
But, if I worked alone, I never could expand our business.
In conclusion, Dr. MJ have made me a better boss.
I got used to the situation that someone get angry to me or others.
The best way to overcome this disaster is just waiting, I am sure.
If I stimulate someone who got mad, his or her mood will get worsening, and consequently the problem will become more complexed.
Make sure we advise something to someone in a good mood.

Yes, it is another manic Monday. It was very good that you found time to spend with your wife. Since your day off will not be available by Wednesday, it was just apt to relax yesterday. I wish you more time to spend with your wife and your children.

In reality, bosses like Dr. MJ always keep everything in check. There is nothing harmful he wants for the company but to thrive and prosper. If you take a look closely, he is already divorced and does not live with his son. The only good thing he has in his life is his career and his work, and you as his trusted friend.

So, the question is: Could your clinic be as successful today if you never met Dr. MJ? Knowing you as a brilliant and wise doctor, it may be possible. However, as the saying goes- two heads are better than one. This adage works best for the both of you as partners.

Therefore, your relationship needs to be a two-way street. when he is mad, you are calm. When you are fire (which is never the case) he needs to be ice. Balance is key to your working relationship. 

We wish that that workplace is always peaceful but then without tension and pressure, we can never be better at what we do.
