They can't manage with their own styles. Those are the disadvantages.

I realized that the employees forgot my order. I asked them to check my order again.
But they didn't apologized it for their mistake.
I got refund by cash even though I paid by creadit card.
I don't like to have any cash in my pocket but they didn't explain why they had to pay back by cash.

I was okay while I was reading your composition, not until I read about your bad experience in the latter part. It was annoying honestly! Knowing that they didn't apologize for wasting your time. If I were in your shoes, I would be in a bad mood the entire day. One of the things I hate is receiving bad customer service since I have experience working in the same field. When I was working as a customer service representative I was afraid to make a bad impression or give bad service.
