Auctually, I wanted you to check the sentences I wrote this morning. But the time didn't give me a chance to get it.
"What are the advantages and disadvantages of chain hotel?" That was the first question in my first interview.
So I prepared the answer for it.
The chain hotel don't have to spend a lot of money for the advertisement because they have already their own brand name.
And can also purchase same items at the same time with discounted price and splite up to each hotel.
The managers should follow the rules even if they have good ideas to manage the hotel.
They can't manage with their own styles. Those are the disadvantages.

I like red bean sherbet so I ordered it and waited it.
I realized that the employees forgot my order. I asked them to check my order again.
But they didn't apologized it for their mistake.
I got refund by cash even though I paid by creadit card.
I don't like to have any cash in my pocket but they didn't explain why they had to pay back by cash.

I was okay while I was reading your composition, not until I read about your bad experience in the latter part. It was annoying honestly! Knowing that they didn't apologize for wasting your time. If I were in your shoes, I would be in a bad mood the entire day. One of the things I hate is receiving bad customer service since I have experience working in the same field. When I was working as a customer service representative I was afraid to make a bad impression or give bad service. That's why I do not understand why some people are too confident in providing unpleasant service. T.T
