I found out the things about outsourcing I guessed was wrong.

We call it a third party which can perform certain tasks, handle operations and offer services.
It would be necessary for the head office to manage with cutting the cost and improve their services by assigning to a third party company.
Head office employees can focus on their tasks by assigning outsourcing company and make their business more effectively.
Head office should pay for the fee to outsourcing companies.
