There is some way to be healthy and i will tell you some of it. First of all, to be healthy the basic thing is to wash my hands. In hands because there is lots of germs, i t can be the reason why we get many disease. Secondly we should eat food wisely. People say that don't it sugar and the reason why is just, however, we can eat sugar if we follow the limited amount. We also should eat fruit and vegetable too, to become healthily. Lastly we need to keep exercise. Not just doing stretch, we should play sports because we can be healthy and also we can feel fun, so it can help us making new hobby.
