We can call them by life style accommodation.
The functions of the residence hotel included apartment and hotel as well.
Originally the hotels have no any functions for cooking inside, but residence hotels have.
The residence hotels are useful for people who want to stay for a long time, particularly good for business travelers.


Can you tell me any roles and responsibilities of the hotel as public institution.

The hotel infrastructures can be useful for any public occasions which were held by government.
Let's say there will be meeting with 2 presidents between Korea and America in Korea.
Preparing such a big event would be very important such as accommodations and meeting rooms and restaurants.
The hotel facilities can handle all of them and have responsibility to proceed with them as assistant.

A residential hotel is also known as an apartment hotel. It combines the services and amenities of a hotel with the space and privacy of a home. Guests usually stay for a minimum period of one month and up to two years and this is commonly for business travelers or people who tend to study outside their country.
