What are the factors affecting employees' performance?

Most people think incentive can make employees work effectively.
But there is more important factor affecting employee's performance.
It can be the communication with their colleagues each other. Even though some employee works well and make high daily sales, he can not enjoy his task naturally without the communication.
So employees should be friendly and kindly to their colleagues. That would be a factor affecting employee's performance.

I can relate to your answers. I think that's me! HAHAH I'm not most after the incentives. Of course, it was good to have the best incentives but without workplace peace of mind, the incentive is meaningless. Everything that may affect my mental health is more important to me. Therefore, the working environment and the management are the things I consider because anything that is going through my head can affect my performance. It's my opinion :P
