Today we have a big event , so I had many things to do such as serving lunch and dinner buffet and waiting for customer to finish their party.

What do you think of employee relocation?
Sometimes general managers have to consider about their employees who will be more well qualified for each department. Let's say some employees can greet well to the customers and speak English fluently however he works for facility department, it can be missed location. At that time ,general managers can relocate another department involved with interacting customers.

I tried to search more about relocation if it's possible within an organization but I found another term for your given example. and it is the "Reshuffle" reshuffling of staff referring to changes or reorganizations of personnel within a company or organization. On the other hand, Relocation is a term used to describe the entire process of moving one or more employees from one location to another. This can be within the same city, to a different city, or even to a different country.
