Why is it important for teachers to know their teaching styles?

Because teacher have to know their self, they will use their skills of guidance of learning and life style in a school effectively.
For example, If I have good skills of making a student-centered class, I would use many things like questions to stimulate student's thinking, form of cooperative learning, etc.
So, I will try my best to know my teaching styles in the future.
