Hi Kristine,
Are u having a happy hump day? Here in korea, It snowed a lot yesterday. when i went out this morning, snow seemed to be stopped. I saw the secene that looked like Frozen with tantalizing snow.

HOMEWORK FOR 01/09:Writing Task: Which country serves the best cuisine in your opinion?
I would say that is japan. I went to Sappore in Japan for vacation last winter. I tried to have various foods. I was mostly
satisfied and delighted with them.
Especially I like japanese style lamp babaque. They cater raw lamp and vegetable with special sauce.

HOMEWORK FOR 01/10:Writing Task: What are some ways that restaurants are trying to stay ahead of the curve in terms of food trends?
I would say ,these day consumers are getting concious about environment. so restaurants need to be interested in substainablilty practices which is where the ingredients from, implementing composting and recycling, choosing biodegradable takeout containers, and reducing food waste.
