After experiencing both of them, I thought that even if it's too coercive, it shouldn't be too grazing. So, these are two virtues that a good leader should have.

It can also cause isolation, which can lead to weaker teamwork.
This is because I think that if communication skills are supported, you will be able to know the situation and be considerate of your team members, and your attitude toward listening will naturally develop.
And I think that an environment can be created so that team members can free their abilities to their fullest, infinite trust in team members can be created.
However, if you communicate too much, you can slow down the progress of your work, so you also need to have quick determination.
When you need determination, I think it's a good leader to give instructions to your team members with quick determination and take responsibility accordingly.
But I think it would be good to think about it enough and judge the situation before making a decision.
