And I think that an environment can be created so that team members can free their abilities to their fullest, infinite trust in team members can be created.
However, if you communicate too much, you can slow down the progress of your work, so you also need to have quick determination.
When you need determination, I think it's a good leader to give instructions to your team members with quick determination and take responsibility accordingly.
But I think it would be good to think about it enough and judge the situation before making a decision.
