I think stand tall means you're confident by yourself.
To be confident, you need to practice something til you get used to it.
But the fun thing is that you can make yourself confident by posing.
I mean just standing straight with your shoulders back, and put your legs shoulder-width apart.
Sometimes when you pretend like you have it, makes you really get it.

By standing tall, you may convey through your body language that you are confident in and a supporter of the ideas you are discussing.
Being confident is important because it influences how we interact with people and how they see us. We are more likely to communicate our thoughts and ideas in a clear and compelling way when we feel confident. We also have a higher propensity to actively and politely listen to the viewpoints and ideas of others.

주5회 수업 : 월 20회 이용 가능
주3회 수업 : 월 12회 이용 가능
주2회 수업 : 월 08회 이용 가능
