When you will go to buffet, I recommend that you have to eat something before you go.
Some people make a mistake that they're go to buffet in famished condition.
It is because they think that they can eat more when in famished condition.
But it is bad way. Maybe they couldn't eat well than usual.

I recommend eating something before you go to buffet.
I knew this way by internet, one doctor said eating something is more better than going hungry before going to buffet.
It is because the stomach gets shrunk when we eat nothing, so we can't able to eat a lot.

So when someone treat to lunch/dinner in buffet, we have to eat someting even if it's a very small amount!
