First of all, personal hygiene is important so that we can avoid cross-contamination.
Always wash hand properly, and don't cover with hand when you cough; cover with cloth, so that your saliva doesn't move into your food.
Second, use proper cutting board depends on ingredients.
For example, even though it is same raw meat, chicken must be using yellow board, not like red board which is using by beef and pork.
Because, chicken has high potential risk of food poising, must be separated by other ingredients.
