Please answer the question:
Would you be satisfied with your dream job even if it required working long hours or weekends?

I think it's one of the good luck to do the job we want, the work we want.
However, if we do all our working life, we will have overtime or additional work.
In my opinion, I has two thinks about working on holidays(weekends) or working long hours.
This opinion vary from person to person.
First of all, point of view from staff of the company.
I've experienced most of the employees didn't like extra work.
Because, their delay to leave work or they felt tired of the extra work, so the quality or focus of the work was reduce.
But, the company's owner's opinion is different.
Actually, I don't know well their owner's mind.
But, I think they usually like it when their company has busy, a lot of work and more extra work.
Because, owner's thinks their company is growing.
