Positive ways help lives better, otherwise negative ways don't. There are doing some exercise, playing instruments and thinking about the source of stress and trying to solve it in positive ways. On the other hand, there are eating too much and letting themselves in stressful situation eventhough they can do something about it are included in negative ways.
