i am springs the word 'challenge' when i heard the word ' change'.
because that mean is change something.
i think change something is very difficult. so i'm feels that is challenge.
for me, study english is also challenge and change too.

Change is not always a positive thing. It may encourage us to break bad behaviors and adopt healthy ones, but it may also be unpleasant, expensive, and even destructive.
