I think table tennis is a sport where agility is more important than any other sport.
Compared to other sports, table tennis is played on a very narrow table and requires agile movements because players have to hit a small, light and fast table tennis ball over the net and drop it into the opponent's court.
Also, compared to other sports, service is very important.
If players create a strong spin on the ball when serving, it will be very difficult for the opponents to receive it.
So, when I was young, I did a lot of practice and service practice to improve my agility in order to become good at table tennis.
Because table tennis requires agile movements, Asian countries, which are relatively smaller than Europeans, are good at table tennis.
In particular, China and Korea are the strongest countries in table tennis.
On the other hand, Asians do not stand out significantly in tennis, which requires great power and stamina.

Being able to play table tennis well is a great art. Ease and quickness of movements, swiftness of attacks and dedication of defense, unexpectedness and wit of technical combinations, performed with great dexterity in a split second, are an exciting sports spectacle.
