Therefore, it is most important to have strong stamina to last 40 minutes in the game.
Therefore, players invest the most time in basic physical training before learning basketball skills.
Next, players must practice various skills as they must pass to their teammates and attempt shots while avoiding interference from opposing players.
Good players succeed in passing or scoring by using moves or techniques to deceive their opponents.
And basketball is a team sport, not an individual sport.
Since five players must work together as a team to face the opposing team, cooperation with each other is most important.
Sometimes, one outstanding player plays independently instead of cooperating with team players, ruining teamwork and losing the game.
Therefore, team coaches also make efforts to improve teamwork.
