Government doesn’t need to encourage the people who are looking at the cellphone.
It is waste of money to install the traffic light on the ground.
People including me have to realize that how dangerous and harmful they are looking at the phone.

Since it is no longer controlled, the government is trying to "save" the people from future accidents. The idea was admirable but, it saddens me to see that it is quite being tolerated. instead of encouraging people to be more responsible, they are being pampered rather.
