We can understand the present fully in the light of studying history. History can look or sound tedious or old-fashioned to study at school where high-tech subject already entered the main scene. But the importance of history is getting more important in this rapid-changing society because history can give us meaningful hint to predict the future in fast-shifting period.

Principal questions about history asks us as follows: who were, are, will be we? where did we come from? Where are we to go? what have been our inherent strength or weaknesses? These questions help us understand what to opt or focus our strength or resources on in the future. For practical benefits from history. we need to comprehend or focus on the background behind historical events, and we likewise need to try to personalize or embody them, making a specific plan to develop our life with lessons from history instead of self-satisfaction with academic knowledge which doesn't do us any good.
