It is not the difficulty of work that people have in the company, but the relationship between colleagues.
When there are a lot of people gathered, there are some people who are very selfish and some people who have a rough personality.
Also, some people are close to each other and some people don't like it.
They compete with each other and bully certain people.
These things make it difficult for people living in groups.
Therefore, it seems that un selfish people who put the interests of the organization ahead of personal interests, are welcomed.
In addition, the first person to help a friend in need and the person who is open and lively to brighten the atmosphere of the meeting are also attractive.
I have listed several attractive personalities, but I think it is very difficult to have those personalities.
Because people are inherently selfish and want to be proud and put their own interests first.
