Please answer the question:
Do you think bad habits are easy or difficult to break? Why?

In my country, there is a saying, "The three years old habits goes to eighty years old."
This means that if we can't break our bad habits when we are young, we will can't break forever."
This proverb is similar to "Old habits die hard."
It is well known that bad habits are hard to break.
So if many people want to break their bad habits, they try yo break it as young as possible.
This is because when we get older, it's hard to break because of our stubbornness.
But, I believe, if we have courage and will, we can do anything.
