In the case of unmarried, health care is a typical midlife crisis.
You will get older equally, but there is no one to take care of you, so you have to prepare in advance in case of an emergency.
If you're married, there are various midlife crises.
However, the impact of the midlife crisis is much greater than that of unmarried people.
It's probably because you've already formed a family.
Nevertheless, a midlife crisis can be dangerous for both married and sing people.

Speaking of being unwell and having no one to look after you, I recall what happened to me the previous year. I was terribly sick and felt sorry for myself because I was in so much pain and was unable to take care of myself. It was a depressing experience, hehehe, but married people also have to think for and worry about their spouse, so it's not an easy scenario, too. Married or not, we will encounter circumstances that aren't always in our best interests. We must be ready and prepared for the struggles we face in life :))
