Above all, I keep the mouth shut when I get cross because I have come to know that there hasn’t been any benefits to say a word in a bad mood for me and counterparts. However, if I am to counter or respond, I prefer texting my intentions to speaking them because I can be more discreet or self-controlled when I text. Argument can develop when there is misunderstand between the parties. So if we can try to avoid it through wise and careful ways, we can resolve it before it ends up quarrel.
If I get mired in argument, I often consult with close friends to reflect myself on him. Sometime I ran amok from misunderstanding. Fortunately, I have some friends who are wise enough to let me know what I did wrong without offending me, guiding me to issue an apology to counterparts. I wish I could be a person to them when they need some wise man to help them.
