Today, the site (it is hospital) asked the center to release the result of pulmonary function test. but the center didn't answer and didn't release test result. we (my company) is obligated to manage between site and vendors, so the site staff complaint vendor's delayed action.
I apologized about that and I escalated this issue to my manager. My manager contacted who in charge of this project of vendor.
I explained our action taken and l'll let them know if there are any updates.
