The Great Pyramid of Giza has long stimulated the curiosity of tourists and archaeologists.
There was a theory that the purpose of the Great Pyramid was initially a foundation for worshiping gods, but it has now been revealed to be a tomb for the Pharaoh.
And it was revealed to some extent that the people who participated in the construction were not slaves but professional architects.
However, I am still in awe of the fact that such a huge building was built so long ago, about 2,600 BC or 4,600 years ago.
The Great Pyramid of Giza is 146m high and is said to have been built with 2.3 million rocks weighing several tons.
It is known that the construction period was as long as 27 years.
It is also known that the Great Pyramid precisely matches the cardinal directions and constellation patterns.
nevertheless, my heart aches and becomes sad when I think of the people who suffered and died in the process of building such an enormous monument for the dead Pharaoh 4,600 years ago.
