In Korea, the dream company that many people want to work for will be a high salary, stable, and many benefits.
I'm also not different from many people, but my dream company to work is more specific and grand.
Of course, it would be nice if it was a company that received a lot of salary, was recognized for my skills, was stable, and had a lot of benefits, as the ordinary people thought.
But I'm a person who thinks that the company's atmosphere and objectives are also important.
Therefore, I hope that it is a company that makes a lot of innovative attempts, flexible, and challenging thinking. Also, I hope it is a company that communicates a lot with departments and colleagues.
In addition, I hope it is a company that has many benefits for women and working mothers, and I hope it is a company that returns everyone's abilities to society's benefits.
