First, an employee can get a economical satisfaction by receiving higher federal minimum wage. Fundamentally, humans create a driving force to work harder when their economic benefits rise. It has to do with their economical satisfaction.
Second, the increase in the federal minimum wage facilitates the provision of food, clothing, and shelter for employees. For example, part-timers in Korea, are mostly students in their 20s who have now entered college. Seoul, South Korea, is experiencing inflation due to the centralization of the Seoul metropolitan area, and young part-timers are facing the real problem of having to work to earn living expenses.Therefore, a rise in the minimum wage is essential for them.
In conclusion, the federal minimum wage should be increased because it helps a lot in terms of the economy.
