Two month ago, I was accused by part timer
On July 10th, I gave the payment to her based of the time table. But something is different from her calculation.
Right away. She spoke hotly.
Of course if it is wrong. I have to follow and I never say no
But at that time my husband was really angry about that.
If she works diligently and actively, Absolutely my husband seemed to be very sorry for her. Because of the wrong part.
I think we need technics when we talk to others
It was really tiny things but that night
My husband revealed his mind with a rage.
The content was so simple.
After I said to my wife. I will treat some problem tomorrow.
And she asked some more thoughts to my husband.
In one of the rules,if one worker works 15 hours more in a week. We should give one day payment more. If the worker works for 5days, the worker can be given for 6days payments
Of course we gave some more payment.
From at first, our payment isn’t correct.
Then weekly holiday allowance is wrong
