I have two methods for finding good restaurants.
Fist, I search the restaurants in a portal site that named 'Naver', which is very famouse in Korea.
It's something like Google. 'Naver' offers 'Naver map', which has similar function to 'Google Maps'.
When I click the restraunt button near the site on the map, which I want to search the information, I can see many restaurant close the location I want.
'Naver map' also give the information like ratings and reviews. Additionally, Some people write the list of good restaurant around five in this application. The contents are usually very reliable, in my experience. So When I find the best restaurant, I consider whether the restaurant is included in the contents. If it included in it, I recognize it as a good restaurant.
Second, I get information from my friend who has a lot of information about restaurant. He loves foods so has many eat out experiences in his hometown, Seoul. It's absolutly good which is recognized high-quality for him.
