How do you prioritize your physical health in your daily routine?

I used to not care of my physical healthy before.
I considered that I can be healthy without some caring me.
Bcause I could maintain my weight consistantly if I ate some dishes.
But now I changed my body and weight.
So I modified my mind.
At first, I must drink a mixed coffee. Only a cup of coffee, a day.
Second, I must not eat as much as bombed my stomache.
third, I must go to work out a day of a week.
I still strive to keep these promises for me.
However, I¡¯m sometimes be lazy person and be mad at foods.
Don¡¯t worry. It do not come the health,But my mind back early.
