I agree with the saying above because something new always come in after the other ends in my life. For example, my long period of 6 years of elementary school that seemed not to end was followed by secondary school. And the similar repetitions came to pass again and again. Even the death which is considered the final end is believed to be the new beginning of life in whether the heaven or hell, which is a posthumous life. In this way, I believe every thing goes around and around. Like many people, I also enjoy the new beginning all the time. New beginning fills my heart with hope and confidence that I can do better this time than the previous one. In some sense, this new hope to restart is a kind of blessings that God gives the humanity who can't be perfect although they always pursue perfection, only to fail or resort to half-success.
