R: When the people had a discussion in the company, there are many speakers that argue the opinion seperately, so the dicussion is diffcult to find the right way, however the presense of the listener, the meeting can proceed and draw the outcome.

E: The skill of good listening is patience. For a company with many listeners, work is more efficinetly with the acceptance of good opinion.
