What’s the most unexpected lesson you’ve learned from your job?


The most unexpected lesson I’ve leanrned from my job is the way to be recognized by company.
My colleague is the someone who is recognized at my company.
He is sometimes be a liar.
It does not means the aspect of legal.
It can be cute in some what, but I shocked his acting.
The more surprising thing is that my team leader already knew it.
For example, My center leader said that they had to occupy the conference room.
But It might not possible.
Because our client usually visit every thuesday.
So I said the true to my center leader.
Next day, the leader told it again to my colleauge. and My colleauge checked client visiting time to our client.
My client said that he won’t come that time because he had some problems to solve.
It is true. But my colleauge reported it to center leader like that.
“I coordinated the time between my client and you. So you can occupy the conference room.”
He is smart.
