I think service jobs are not expected in my country.
Actually, behavior toward treatment tends to be developing. For example, when you talk on the phone with a bank or various service centers, the call contents will be recorded before the conversation begins, and the counselor will be said to be someone's family.
So, swearing at the counselor is subject to punishment.
Despite these efforts, people who work in the service are still treated as a game NPC. People don't greet them as if they don't have feelings, or sometimes demand a rude and unreasonable thing to them as if they have to do the job for granted.
I worked part-time in various service jobs, and I reflected a lot.

Working in the service industry is difficult, I must admit. As you said below, I have experienced the same treatment from others. Because you have to keep your work, you will always end up pleasing people, even if they are already acting irrationally. It was somewhat upsetting, especially if you don't have a strong personality.
