but most smoking areas having some common.
fisrt, most smoking areas have some benches. because many smokers have smoke while a take a rest.
second, There are should be good ventilation. if bad ventilation, smoker will be choke to death.
third, smoking areas must have fire extinguishers.if don't have fire extinguishers in smoking areas, it can be spread of big fire.

Thank you for doing your homework. I agree! These things are very common in smoking areas. Just to add, some rules would include the proper disposal of cigarettes, so they should throw them properly, and they should not stay near the door of a building; it should be in an open area.
