I told you before that the trainee official started to work in our team, and I had to teach new member how to work.
It was very hard for me to teach new member while doing my own tasks.
And It was also difficult to teach work process easier to beginner.
Because I already had knowledge in our field, but our baby didn't!

As I teach work process to new member, I understand once more the knowledge I already knew.
And our new member get knowledge while working.

So I hope not to move to other department! I don't like spending time adjusting to my new tasks!
