When students feel that their teacher understands and supports them, they are more likely to ask questions and actively participate in learning. This trust allows students to develop a genuine interest in their studies and engage in deeper understanding through communication with their teacher.
Second, a lenient teacher contributes to the emotional stability of students. Strict teachers often impose stress on students, which can negatively affect their learning. In contrast, a lenient teacher creates a comfortable atmosphere, fostering a positive learning environment. This environment contributes to better performance by students.
