If I were a parent of young children, I would definitely hire a Filipino caregiver.

Filipino caregivers are fluent in English, so they are especially preferred by Korean parents who want their children to learn English from a young age.
However, there is controversy over how much the Filipino caregivers should be paid, and after this controversy is resolved, Filipino caregivers will be expanded nationwide.
Korea has the legal minimum wage system.
Some Korean low-income households are said to be burdened by having to pay the legal minimum wage to Filipino caregivers.
I believe that Filipino caregivers should be paid the same legal minimum wage as Korean workers, even if the Korean government provides subsidies to low-income households.
