Good habit should be not exceed 10 or 5 minutes at first step. If you try too many things passionately from the beginning, you will get tired quickly. So, by reading a book, for example, I only start reading three pages a day.
Even if you want to do it for more than 10 minutes, it is decided that it is must. It is to create a state of yourself so that you do not feel burdened and want to proceed with the work more.
