Well, I think it's puffed rice, Sikhye, and Sujeonggwa.
To introduce each food, puffed rice is a fried food or grains. Round puffed rice is common in korea.
Since it is a fried food with grains, it can soothe your appetite before eating, and puffed rice is a fried food, but it is not harmful to your health because is does not use oil. It is also one of my favorite desserts.
Sikhye and Sujeonggwa are one of the drinks, Sikhye is made using rice and Sujeonggwa is made using cinnamon.
Sikhye and Sujeonggwa are not that sweet and go well with any food. Also, I think it is a food that contains the wisdom of ancestors well because it plays a role in helping digestion.
