Q : Have you ever felt like you were burning the candle at both ends? What caused it? Describe your experience and how you managed the situation.

A : Yes i did. In early last year, i took a work of retired worker suddenly.
Since i wasn`t have many experiences and task skills, i worked really hard.
I went the office 1 hour early and did overtime work 2 hours everyday.
After a month, i felt that i was burning.
So, i told to my manager i can`t resist that situation anymore.
After hours of counsel, i can unburden some works.
And as time goes by, i can deal with more work. So, i was burdened it again.

What helped you manage the stress? Besides talking to your manager, did you try any personal strategies, like taking breaks, exercising, or getting support from coworkers or family?

What did you learn from this experience? Now that you have been through this, do you approach work differently to avoid burnout?
