Most things are better new than old ones.
But there are a few things that are better old.
Old wine, old violin (of course, well-managed violin), and old friends.
When you do social activities, you would meet many new people.
The reason why an old friend is good during a conversation is that you don't have to make a story.
You should continue to create a topic of the story so that conversations with new people are not cut off.
For these meetings, I have to pay a lot of attention and I feel a lot of tired after the meeting.
However, even if we take a moment of silence during our conversation with our old friends, our memories of the past will soon come up and we will talk again.
I don't have to force myself to laugh, I don't have to look at the clock to see when it will end, I don't have to wear formal clothes and I don't have to go to a fancy restaurant.
The longer the time we shared together, the longer the comfort I feel.
