Rare emotions cause us confuse or make unexpected or unintentional mistake. Therefore, we want to manage our emotions well. Then, it's important to express or acknowledge emotions that can be described as somewhat negative. Hopefully and repeatedly, disappointment, frustration and feeling shame let us develop in the process of trying to escape from them. Even if I experience something shameful, embarrassing, or frustrating, I normally tend to console myself by saying that I can learn something from it.
