Of course! We need to interpret our emotions and its relation. All people are dominated by their own emotion, so they have to understand why they have those emotions in order not to tie by emotion without rational. Rare emotions cause us confuse or make unexpected or unintentional mistake. Therefore, we want to manage our emotions well. Then, it's important to express or acknowledge emotions that can be described as somewhat negative. Hopefully and repeatedly, disappointment, frustration and feeling shame let us develop in the process of trying to escape from them. Even if I experience something shameful, embarrassing, or frustrating, I normally tend to console myself by saying that I can learn something from it.

I only hope that we always exercise caution while expressing our emotions since we should be responsible for the consequences. I have to agree that there are still good things to learn from disappointment; we simply need to learn to see the bright side of things.
