In fact, for people who really have trouble controlling their anger, going to the hospital is the best solution.
However, most people included me also have times when they can't control their anger. I also get embarrassed sometimes.
At times like that, I just call my friends or parents etc. I get angry right away, but if I talk about the things that make me angry, I can analyze the reasons why I'm angry, so my anger subsides.
Also, my friends tend to talk to me objectively rather than always taking my side. If I get the right amount of empathy and advice, my anger can subside. It also gives me a chance to think about the position of the person who made me angry.
