When I have work to do but in a bad mood or low energy, I take a short break or nap. Doing work against will worsens the situation or decrease productivity of business. If I have a short time for myself, I can be recharged and get relieved by negative emotions.
However, it's a problem when I don't have enough time to take a break. When I have to join an official appointment in bad condition, for instance. In that case, I eat sweet desserts and hypnotize myself as if I'm full of energy. Going outside for a second and walking around watching street view or busy people is also helpful to convert depressed feelings. Sometimes utilizing external environments in this way helps me to overcome the negative mindset which is hindering me at the moment.

Hello, Ms. WooIn! That's so relatable. I completely understand that feeling when you want to rest, but the situation does not allow you to. That's the toughest. However, that hypnosis you do by eating sweet desserts for an energy boost is also a good technique to distract yourself when you don't have other choice but to accomplish things. I also believe that taking a breather works, and getting a good cry, sometimes.
